These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CraftShield, a platform operated by Craft Shield Holdings LLC ("CraftShield," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to these Terms in full.
CraftShield is available exclusively to licensed trade professionals and businesses operating in the trades industry. By registering, you represent and warrant that:
We reserve the right to verify your credentials at any time and terminate accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your license number or EIN. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@craftshield.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
CraftShield offers the following subscription tiers:
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.
CraftShield allows verified trade professionals to submit reports about clients, job sites, and work experiences. By submitting content to CraftShield, you:
CraftShield does not verify the accuracy of individual reports and is not liable for the content submitted by users. Reports reflect the opinions and experiences of individual trade professionals.
You agree not to:
Pro and Elite subscribers may add employee accounts at the applicable per-seat rate. The account owner is responsible for all activity under their company account, including activity by employee accounts. Employee accounts are subject to these Terms and must meet individual eligibility requirements.
CraftShield is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information on the platform is accurate, complete, or reliable. Your use of the platform is at your sole risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Craft Shield Holdings LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including damages arising from reliance on any report or information submitted by other users. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Craft Shield Holdings LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or any content you submit.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, submission of false reports, or any conduct we determine to be harmful to the platform or its users. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at hello@craftshield.app.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the platform. Your continued use of CraftShield after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
